Owned by LocalTV, LLC, WTKR is now the sister station to The CW affiliate, WGNT; one of the highest rated CW affiliates in the country. Both stations are located in downtown Norfolk. WTKR has additional studios in Virginia Beach on Atlantic Avenue at the Oceanfront. WTKR NewsChannel 3 is also partnered with the Daily Press newspaper, located in Newport News.
