Fred West is a published columnist and founder of Enterprise Solutions International LLC, the fastest growing business coaching firm in Hampton Roads. ESI’s mission statement of "To Elevate, Educate, and Inspire Business Owners to Reach Their Dreams and Full Potential" has made a lasting effect on how business is done locally, and is quickly spreading throughout the United States. His passion for coaching comes from his deep desire to see others around him to better them- selves, and become prosperous.

Coach West has been a resident of the Hampton Roads area for over 20 years, and is married with seven wonderfully rambunctious kids. He grew up in an entrepreneurial family, where his parents developed many successful businesses, including: car dealerships, restaurants, retail locations, and other service-based businesses. Even in his early teens, he was put in charge of sales and inventory for some of the locations, learning "the ins and outs" of how businesses were run. At 25 years old, Coach West opened his first independent business, a financial services business, which he held until early 2008.

Over the last 15 years, Coach West has served in various assignments in several industries including: retail, real estate, financial services, marketing, sales management, project management, government contracting, consulting, and event coordinating.

In addition, he has served as an accomplished Master of Ceremonies, Motivational Speaker, and Group Trainer with several local organizations including Social Media @ the Beach and Retail Alliance. Many of the topics include referenced work by Napoleon Hill, Robert Kiyosaki, Dale Carnegie, etc... He has also developed several custom presentations featuring topics like: Consultative Sales Processes, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Sales and Business Management, Marketing and Branding, Time Management, DMAIC processes (Six Sigma), and much more.

Some of his community projects include Pop Warner Coaching, and he founded and commissioned The Youth Christian Flag Football League based in Yorktown, Va. He has also served as a Keynote speaker in many leadership and sales training workshops and community events, as well as teaching local elementary and high school students about financial discipline and personal development.

Overall, Coach West is motivated by the thrill of accomplishment, and takes great pride in impacting the lives around him.
