Jeff is a bit of a cowboy in the southeastern Virginia area advertising community – literally and figuratively. His clients have become accustomed to his western attire – hat included - and his no-nonsense way of presenting the agency’s creative solutions. He believes every marketing challenge is a chance to do something great and won’t settle for anything that won’t achieve or exceed the client’s goals.

Jeff was the first to adopt the Mac as an ad agency production tool in Hampton Roads and one of the first to acknowledge the potential of the Internet for marketing.

Jeff moved back to Virginia in 1985 after graduating from Portfolio Center in Atlanta, GA. Early in his career he worked for several smaller agencies where he was forced to wear many hats. In 1997, Jeff was hired by a local agency with an aggressive plan for growth. Within the first 2 years, Jeff helped the agency quadruple billings, open offices in Florida and South Carolina, and win more awards than the agencies previous 11 years combined.

Jeff is now President and "Creative Sheriff" of his own agency. Together he and his business partner bring more than 50 years of combined experience to a broad range of clients including a five-star, five-diamond resort, the Southeastern Virginia Foodbank, the City of Portsmouth, local and state political candidates, plus several horse related businesses and organizations.

Jeff’s weekends are spent hauling his family, three corgi’s and 3 horses around the country to Quarter Horse Shows where both of his boys compete in Western riding divisions.
