Ken’s a native of Norfolk. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Mathematics from Virginia Wesleyan in 1988 where he also played varsity basketball. He earned a Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering from ODU in 1999 while working full-time and starting a family. Ken started his career as a programmer for a Department of Defense Contractor and moved on to computer hardware and networking for Metro Information Services in 1997. Metro was later bought by Keane. He was then hired by AmeriGroup in 2004 after his work as a project manager for them through Keane.
In 2007, Ken decided to leave his position in upper level management to start his own company. His vision was to bring Enterprise class IT services and solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. He has done everything from building individual machines to heading $75 million IT projects.
